Anthony R. Burch, Esq.
Anthony R. Burch is more than just an attorney, he is a passionate lawyer who understands the rights and seeks due process for everyone he represents. Attorney Burch, originally from Brooklyn, NY and currently residing in the Midwest, has practiced law for over 14 years in the Chicagoland areas. A product of the public-school education, he began his matriculation towards his career as an attorney at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, following that he studied law and graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law – Madison. He brings a lifetime of legal experience and knowledge that allows him to follow through each case with an assurance of confidence that flows over to his clients.
Attorney Burch, is outstanding in criminal trial tactics and protocols free from bias or injustice necessary to secure a successful outcome for his clients. Attorney Burch, was trained as a litigator by his father (Honorable Clarence L. Burch) who successfully founded and built his practice for over 30 years. Attorney Burch’s primary practice is Criminal Defense which includes murders, DUI, felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence, accidents, personal injury and other criminal violations, that entails both state and federal court systems. He brings a wide range of experience which includes cases (bench and jury), defending clients from basic misdemeanor traffic to first degree murder cases.
Attorney Burch recently opened and expanded to a second office on the Westside of Chicago, under the community service of the “Westside Justice Center” where giving back to the urban community is top priority. Brandon McRoyal, Esq.
Brandon McRoyal was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and the Chicagoland South suburbs. He graduated from Thornridge High School in 1999. In August of 1999, Mr. McRoyal enrolled in classes at Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. There, he majored in Criminal Justice and began his journey into the law profession.
While a student at Illinois State University, Mr. McRoyal interned with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Victim-Witness Unit. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 2003, Mr. McRoyal attended Chicago’s DePaul University College of Law. While at DePaul, he received a scholarship from the Black Law Student Association based on an essay about the significance of the African American Attorney.
Later, in 2004, Mr. McRoyal served as president of the DePaul Black Law Student Association and was a DePaul Advocate. Mr. McRoyal received his Juris Doctorate in May of 2006 and was authorized to practice law in November of 2006.
Currently, Mr. McRoyal practices in several areas of law. He has handled cases in Cook County, Dupage County, Dekalb County, Jackson County, Kane County, Kankakee County, Peoria County and Will County.
Mr. McRoyal was previously the chairperson of the Cook County Bar Association Website for several years. He received two President’s awards (2008 and 2009) for his work with the Website. In or about 2010, Mr. McRoyal was the chairperson of the Cook County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Section. In 2010, he received the Cook County Bar Association’s Junior Counsel Award. Additionally, Mr. McRoyal served as Financial Secretary of the Cook County Bar Association for 2010-2011 bar year.
